BRICKS
“Immortalize the past, present, and future”
Amador Valley High School PTSA sponsors a personalized BRICK program that also includes a choice of logos from sheet 1 or sheet 2. The cost of each brick is $60 and 75% of these funds will be used to support student and teacher mini-grant requests.
Complete the BRICK order form, attach your check payable to AVHS PTSA, and drop it off at the school office or mail it to P.O. Box 37, Pleasanton, CA 94566, Attention: BRICKS.
When completing the order form, please follow these directions:
- Include punctuation (e.g. periods between initials, periods after abbreviation, etc.)
- Use the “&” sign instead of “and”
- Print clearly in capital letters only
- Be sure the entire letter is inside the box, with only one letter, or punctuation mark etc. per block
- Allow one blank box between each word. This blank will count as a space.
