Below are the planned events taking place this school year that could really use the assistance of volunteers. If you are able to help make a difference at Amador Valley, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator. View the descriptions of these volunteer activities.

- Walk Through Registration

- Distribute/Sell PE clothes

- Donate baked goods/drinks or help host staff luncheon
- Mailing of hard copy student directory
- UC Application Night – distribute forms
- CSU Application Night – distribute forms
- Host/donate baked goods for "Coffee with the Principal"

January
- Donate baked goods/Host “Coffee with the Principal”
February
- Donate food/help with staff luncheon
March
- Host/donate baked goods for "Coffee with the Principal"
- Distribute forms for High School Exit Exams
April
Read/Score PTSA Scholarship Applications
May
- AP Registration (office help)
- Begin Graduation and Senior Scholarship decorations
June
- Graduation decor/set-up (9-11 grade parents)
- Senior Scholarship Awards (9-11 grade parents)
All Year Activities:
- Donate baked goods for events throughout year
- Scholarship application distribution (weekly)
- Work coat check for dances
- Serve/Greet/Set-Up/Clean-Up for Teacher Appreciation Luncheons
- Host a "Coffee with the Principal" in your home.
- Provide snacks for PTSA Exec. Bd. and General Meetings.
Senior Activities: (12th grade parents)
- Grad Night help (11 & 12 grade parents)
Senior Activities: (Parents of Seniors)
- Be put on the e-mail list to help with senior activities
